Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of surejoy.pk and any purchases from SureJoy.

1. About us

This website is operated by SureJoy.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our" means SureJoy
  • "You", "your" means the customer using our website or purchasing products
  • "Products" means the goods we offer for sale on surejoy.pk
  • "Contract" means the binding agreement formed when we accept your order

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Products and pricing

We aim to display product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Minor variations in colour, finish or hand-cut detail may occur due to handmade nature or screen settings. Prices are shown in the selected currency and, where applicable, include any sales tax unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors. If we discover an error after you order, we will contact you; you may cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed at the correct price.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation message on WhatsApp or email (or equivalent confirmation). We may refuse or cancel an order (for example due to stock, payment failure, pricing error, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.

6. Payment

Full payment is required in advance for all orders. Available methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and major cards through our secure checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD). You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan with TCS as described in our Shipping Policy. Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 days. For customized products, please place your order approximately 8–10 days before your event to allow time for preparation. Times are estimates only. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive full payment.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and ensuring someone can receive the parcel. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or failure to receive, the parcel will be returned to us; we will reschedule at your cost or refund after deducting the return shipping.

8. Cancellation and returns (consumers)

If you receive a customized or non-customized product in a state that differs from what we claimed — meaning it is completely opposite to what was described — you may return it and receive a full refund. If the product matches what we claimed, returns will not be accepted. Please contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos showing how the item differs from what was described.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law (goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose).

9. Faulty or damaged goods

If products arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights and our returns policy.

10. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse site content except as allowed by law
  • Introduce malware or interfere with the site's operation

All website content, branding and product imagery remain our property or that of our licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, network outages, public holidays, or acts of God)

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you acknowledge that processing.

14. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms for future use.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Mian Channu, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in their local courts where the law allows.
